Due to popular demand, Shanghai Blues is proud to offer to you the opportunity to learn the art of creating delicious dim sum with our Executive Chef Hong Qiu Feng. Chef Hong has been especially flown in from Canton, China by David Yiu the owner of Shanghai Blues to lead a dedicated team of chefs in the kitchens in creating dishes for serious dim sum and seafood lovers.
A variety of gifted musicians will be performing this month featuring stars from countries across the globe as well as homegrown talent from the UK's finest.
Shanghai Blues can accommodate any type of function including business meetings, luncheon, seated dinners, afternoon tea party and cocktail receptions.
